Needing Prayer and Advice!
Ok, so I'm thinking I'm really OCD Obcessive Compulsive Disorder)! I mean I can not relax in my home one bit. Why can't I shut the laundry room door and forget it for a while, why can't I sit down to sew or do pictures in albums or any other creative thing I'd like to do??? If theres a mess somewhere in the house (and there always is with 6 people under one roof) then I can not do it! I have all this blogging I am wanting to do about our trip, but that is why I have not been on! I know I drive my family crazy alot and DH who lovingly tries to help me in spite of me being so Anal (yes that's what I said!) not pretty I know! It also makes it extremely hard for me to sit still long enough to do devotions (NOT GOOD!) because I'm also a perfectionist...if I can't spend the time I want and get a good study in, I end up leaving it undone instead of doing what little I could get in at the moment. So...I'm asking for your prayers and advice...anyone else been thru this?? Thanks! Jill

Oh my! Where do I begin??? I have so many posts to read that I've missed these last few days since we've traveled to Indiana! So I thought maybe I should update before I get too far behind! We left for Indiana last Fri. early in the morning and made wonderful time(which is usually unheard of for us!) we made it in 12 hours! We only stopped for restroom breaks and the drive thru for breakfast. That evening we went out for Supper with Dave's Family at Knepps, YUM! The two older girls and their cousin Sarah stayed alnight with Grandma that night and the rest of us stayed at Dave's sisters house.
So on to Sat. While the older girls were at Grandma's I took the two little ones and headed up to my mom's for a few hours. Dave had managed to get a sore throat and alot of head congestion, so he stayed behind to try to rest up.
My dad took the little girls on his mule to feed (one of their fav. things to do there!) while me and Mom sat and visited and I tried to catch her up on pics from my camera. (wish she had a computer so bad!)That evening we had planned to go see Dave's cousins and go out to supper with them, while we hired our older girls and their cousin Sarah to babysit our two little ones and their three little ones, a total of five children starting age 7 and under! They have some STORIES to tell!
While they we doing that, Josh and Kristi took us to French Lick to the Sheraton (a roaring 1920's era motel). We ate dinner there, walked around and took lots of pics! Then we went and visited "The Dome" about the same thing, these places were built around the Mineral Springs back in the day, I will post pics soon!!! It was just amazing! I'm already begging Dave for an anniversary trip there sometime!!!Sunday we all went to Grandma's church, then to an easter egg hunt in the rain LOL! Then to Grandma;s for dinner! (by the way, Grandma is my mom-in-law) It is sooo hard to do wieght watchers here!
Monday, the girls and I spent the day at my Moms again, we made some more peanutbutter eggs, and just hung around there for a while. My sister came and brought her girls and grandbaby. It was a housefull! We finished the evening with Pizza for supper.
Tuesday morning Dave and I went to a dear friend's funeral. We had got the word on our way up, that he had passed away. He had been sick for a long time with Harrison's disease. His wife used to babysit Dave, then later on Dave played bass with Gary in the Southern Gospel band they were in together. We were glad we had the opportunity to be there for his funeral. Later in the day, the girls and went to my long time Amish friend's house, and spent a few hours going to a few Amish stores in the country, the girls got to take a short pony-cart ride!
That brings me to today and I'm on my way out for breakfast with DH and company, so I'll finish more of this later with pics! ~Jill~

Thursday Post!
Outside MY Window....mostly cloudy, but the sun is trying hard to peek thru! 55 right now but supposed to be 71 today! Yeah for Spring weather!
I am Wearing......caught me! I'm still in my pj's and it's almost 9:00!
In the Kitchen....just instant Oatmeal this morning!
Around the House....lots of peanutbutter eggs that need to be sold, a real mess in the school room/play room from where the girls had to move all thier stuff out of their bedroom in order to paint yesterday! It's pretty bright pink! a sweet little girl sitting here beside me working a puzzle (my 3 year old) and in the living room, suitcases will be found where we 're packing to go see Family!
I am Praying for....safety for our trip, and for a friend whose marriage is in trouble, for our kids medical insurance to come thru again...Leah needs to get back to the Dr. about her thyroid.
I am Hoping....that we somehow sell the rest of the eggs today! That I packed the right clothes for the weather in IN. and TENN. ! That we can get it all in the Van!
I am Learning....or re-learning, that sometimes when a three year old gets to behaving badly that what she's really needing is some more attention (the right way).
From the School room.....this trip is part of our Spring BREAK, so we'll have to hit it hard again when we get back, for now I'm going to guiltlessly (is that a word)? enjoy the BREAK!
Whats on the Agenda for today....finish packing, clean up the house, the girls will be putting thier room back together, clean out the Van, try to do as much laundry as I can so I won't leave any behind, and oh yeah, clean out the refrigerator! YUCK!
I am sharing....this funny pic
This is me on a sunday morning with my blouse on, David;s plaid shorts and his T-shoes. I was heading out to the all-girls closet to get my skirt and shoes! LOL!
Last but not Least!!!! FREE PB EGG drawing this evening! If you want to be in the drawing, please comment, I've packaged them up and they're ready to be mailed in the morning!
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND! ~JIll~
